Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments.
I ask for you to provide your credit card information at the time of scheduling. If you fail to notify me of cancellation within this time frame, or if you do not show up to your appointment-your card will be charged 25% of the service you have been scheduled for.
3 strikes and you’re out!
Customers that repeatedly no-show or cancel appointments will result in denial of those requested appointments. I understand unexpected events and emergencies happen, and I am considerate of those things.
